on April 20th!
Join myself Mr. Moda, UNA-USA Queens Chapter, with artwork presented by ‘Youniteam’ on April 20th from 10am-4pm in celebration of the Earth Day event. This year, our focus is on combating gas emissions and plastic pollution.
At the event, you can not only learn about our chapter, The 17 SDGs, but also find out how you can get involved in activities that support our planet's sustainability.
Additionally, you'll have the chance to participate in various activities and show your support for local businesses and creators. Performances ranging from salsa to African music.
Woodside Avenue Open Street in Queens will host a Chinese calligraphy workshop, henna and arts and crafts by Save the People, classical guitar activations, fitness classes, Afro-Caribbean Dance workshops, painting sessions, tai-chi sessions, and performances by live DJs, Afro Jazz bands, Indian Dance Groups, and Colombian bands.
Last year on April 22nd, Queens UNA-USA and our very own Younity Art Collective took over the Queens Botanical Garden, and we are thrilled to continue our efforts this year and beyond. Let's come together for a day filled with eco-conscious initiatives, art, community engagement, and a commitment to a greener future. See you there!!!
