‘KOD’ Chris And Moda: CH LAB NYC 2025: Ralphy Clouds
This year, I had the incredible opportunity to hang out at Chris Habana's Lab, surrounded by the buzz of creativity and inspiration. On arrival, I was warmly greeted by Eddy, a long-time companion of Chris and a dear friend of mine. Chris, with his effortlessly stylish and charming vibe, I must say, is the creative fabric that binds us all—his encouraging energy makes New York feel like home.
Naturally, I had to bring along my talented crew, Daze and Ralphy, who have quickly become integral to this dynamic circle. These past few months have really deepened our bond, teaching us to trust one another on a spiritual level that fuels the creative process. It was great bringing them to meet Chris.
CH has shown me much appreciation over the years and truly if it weren’t people like him I’m not sure if i’d really be pursing my goals in this manner. Wild. Bold. Free. He has personally shown me that with dedication, you can be who you want to be! Something i will not forget!
Although my time was short—I had to dash back to the studio to wrap up two garments and prep for the HFAS show—I left feeling recharged and inspired. The connections I made and the ideas sparking in my mind fill me with excitement; each day, I find myself falling deeper in love with my work and who I am as an artist. Time may be fleeting, but the moments we share are what make this wild journey worthwhile. <3
